A. Our office hours are Mon - Fri between the hours of 9 am - 6 pm. We also have our out-of-hours team on hand and ready to take your calls between 6 pm - 9 am so you can contact us 24/7.

A. We are a London-based company and our team has been set up to take your calls and enquiries remotely.

A. Yes, we will provide you with a full written quotation. Your quote will include the details of the work(s) you would like us to carry out and it will also give you a cost.
A. We do not charge for work per hour, our costs are charged for each project.
A. We will offer a refund within 14 days of making a payment providing work has not yet started and materials have not been ordered or purchased by the company. After 14 days, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for materials that are perishable or custom-made.
A. Yes we accept card payments, we also accept payments by direct bank transfer.
A. We take a 50% deposit before we start the work. Large projects that require a number of phased payments throughout will be taken at each agreed stage and this will be stated on your quote.
A. As stated in our Terms & Conditions the information we collect are personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, your name, address and contact details) along with other information that enables us to analyse your use of the website.
A. We have robust systems in place to collect and store your information safely and to prevent any unauthorised access or disclosure we have in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
